Affiliate Rules are simple:

1. Property Republic provides you and your referrals with the comfort of purchasing through a UK based company that you are affiliated with.
2. On each business referral from you, which results in a sale, Property Republic will pay you a referral fee of 1/2 % of the purchase price of the property.
3. The referral fee is payable to your designated bank account immediately upon receipt by Property Republic of its own remuneration from the purchaser/developer. (Property Republic usually receives its remuneration upon the payment of the first deposit payable by the purchaser, generally within 6 weeks of sale).
4. Following an affiliated member?s introduction of a potential client to Property Republic, Property Republic will service this client to the best of its ability and professionalism. An affiliate will be informed of a resultant sale within 48 hours of the signing of the contract of sale.
5. If an affiliate member requires promotional materials, business cards etc in order to promote Property Republic, then types and quantities of promotionals should be agreed with Property Republic in advance to an event/occasion that the materials will be used for.
