Can you answer yes to these questions below;

For Euro Mortgage:

• You are aged 18 or more, and will be no older than 70 at the time your mortgage expires.
• You are a citizen of a country with reciprocal property rights with Turkey – or a Turkish citizen with dual nationality, earning an income in one of the above countries. (Full List available on request, but key countries are : all European Union, Scandanavia, Norway, Denmark, Austraila, USA, Canada, Japan)
• You can prove your income from tax returns and wage slips or company accounts.
• Self-employed should have an Accountant's certificate.

For GB STERLING Mortgage: As above, but UK and Irish citizens only.
